KICS publishes a monthly journal and magazine. The journal aims at introducing new and innovative research results. In each issue of the magazine, titled 'Information and Communication', a special theme is set and related tutorial papers, articles about the technology trends and R&D results are published. Also starting March 1999, an international English-language publication, "The Journal of Communications and Networks(JCN)" has been publishing papers that present important leading-edge results. The JCN is staffed with been steadily gaining worldwide prestige since its debut in 1999. In March 2000, along with regular papers, the JCN begins to publish special issues dedicated to current topics in communications. and JCN has been indexed in SCI since 2005.
